Some were fixed by the day one patch, while some haven't been. Unfortunately, as an AAA release, there are also an unusual amount of bugs. If I had to compare the game to anything, I'd say it feels a little like Fallen Order, but in the Harry Potter world. The strongest parts of the game are arguably the setting (perhaps unsurprisingly), and the combat which is fairly fun. There's going to be review bombing on both sides of the aisle from this game, so it pretty much follows the same line of logic you have to follow for every game or movie with a widely publicized release: ignore the user score, read specific reviews from reviewers you already trust to be honest and forthright with you.
